How are the repairs carried out?
We are mobile car body shop that comes to you and repairs your vehicle. Damaged areas are cleaned and repaired, with major dents reduced as much as possible with scratches repaired and resurfaced to retain a smooth substrate.
The area once smoothed and restored to its original contours, is then primed and colour-matched, before top-coating with a fast-drying clear coat lacquer that is dust dry in 20 minutes. The finish is identical to the factory finish and may be treated in exactly the same way once fully cured.
How much does it cost?
As each paint or panel damage situation is unique, the cost to repair your vehicle will depend on a few factors, such as your location, the severity of the vehicle damage, the time it would take to complete the service repair, its proximity?on the vehicle, the colour of your vehicle and the expertise needed to repair your vehicle.
Generally we will be able to carry out a repair for significantly less than a body shop, where you will obtain the benefit of same day, onsite service without having to deliver the car to a workshop early in the morning and picking it up again after a couple of days.

We aim for our repairs to be unnoticeable to anyone oblivious to the original damage. As it is a repair and not a replacement part, we aim for the repair to be 95%+ of its original factory finish.

Guarantee?
We offer a 12 month guarantee on the paint application of all our work (aside from any rust damage or touch in repairs). If at any time a claim is made on the guarantee we will come out to you to redo the repair or to offer a refund.
If for whatever reason you decide to take the car to a third party to rectify a repair we will not be liable to any cost above the invoiced price of the repair. In order to claim under the guarantee the transaction?receipt number is required. The guarantee is not transferable in any way (this includes sale of the car).
How long does it take to dry?
In most instances the repainted area will be dust dry in 20 minutes after application. Within 20 minutes to an hour after application of the top coat, the finish will be sufficiently hard to allow us to machine polish and complete the repair process.
You may wash the car 7 days after the repair is completed and it is recommended that no sealing waxes or polishes are used on the new paint / lacquer application for a further one month after that time.
Where do I take the car?
We come to you – all work is conveniently performed at your home or work location within our extensive service area throughout London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Essex and Hertfordshire. All we need is a safe working area for the vehicle technician to be sited near your vehicle and access to an electrical power supply.
